Ingredients
- 1 pot of Malo natural yoghurt
- 1 pot of sugar
- 1 pot of oil
- 3 pots of flour
- 1sachet og baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 pot of sliced pineapple
Preparation
1) Pour the contents of the Malo yogurt into a bowl. And use the empty pot as a measure.
2) Add yoghurt a pot of sugar, a pot of oil, 3 pots of flour, mix everything before adding the 3 whole eggs and the baking powder.
3) Add pineapple slices cut into small pieces into the dough.
4) Pour into a mold and bake for 40 minutes.
